The Fearow Crest is a special type of held item, known as a Crest, that is unique to Pokémon Rejuvenation.
Effect
If held by a Fearow this item increases the Fearow's Critical Hit ratio by 3 stages if the target is below 75% health. The Critical Hit ratio being raised by 3 stages means that Fearow will always land critical hits against opponents with less than 75% HP. This, however, does not bypass abilities (Battle Armor and Shell Armor) or moves (Lucky Chant) which block critical hits.
Acquisition
This item can be obtained on the 2nd floor of the Zorrialyn Labyrinth, inside an altar room slightly west of the center of the floor.
